The Schon CX37 custom cue is designed for the serious player who demands both high performance and impeccable craftsmanship. Featuring a piloted stainless steel joint and a shorter shaft taper, this cue delivers the stiff hit favored by competitive players. Backed by Schon’s proprietary manufacturing techniques, the CX37 showcases an exceptional level of detail and precision.
The forearm and sleeve, crafted from beautifully grey-stained Birdseye Maple, are embellished with intricate inlays of ebony, red-stained maple, and Micarta in striking point shapes and unique designs. The Balabushka-style rings, made of ebony, Micarta, and nickel silver, complement the overall aesthetic, while a black Irish linen wrap with white specks completes the cue’s refined look.
Since 1981, Schon has been synonymous with quality, employing a small team of full-time craftsmen who dedicate great care to each cue. Produced in limited quantities, each cue is personally finished and tested by designer Evan Clarke, ensuring it upholds the meaning of the name Schon—the German word for “beautiful.”
