- Applying a wash coat (PU base AKZO) in an oven.
- Sanding the surface.
- Glazing with 95% color.
- Applying a base coat (PU base) in an oven.
- Sanding again for smoothness.
- Applying a shading stain with 100% color.
- Adding another base coat.
- Applying a top coat.
- Sanding for a final smooth finish.
- Adding the final top coat.
