Customers should examine all packages for damage upon arrival and note with the carrier any visible damage to the product packaging.
FURNITURE RETURNS
You may return new and unopened furniture to Billiards N’ More within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a full refund less any applicable restocking fees, please see below**. Once the product has been assembled or installed, the product cannot be returned for a refund unless the product is damaged, or is not in the intended condition.
Custom Orders Subject to 30% Restocking Fee
Online customers that purchased furniture via our web site, kiosk or other electronic media may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is not as expected. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, in an unused condition, in order for a refund to be granted. Refunds will be issued for the amount of the merchandise returned and any applicable taxes, but will not include any delivery charges associated with the original purchase.
No refunds or returns will be honored on furniture after 30 days of delivery or pickup.
Furniture, as defined by Billiards N’ More, will include but is not limited to: pool tables, bar stools, game tables, bars, shuffleboard tables, home theater seating, artwork, air hockey, pinball machines and video games. This list may be modified at anytime without notice, so please consult with a sales associate for further details.
ACCESSORY ITEM RETURNS
Billiards N’ More wants our customers to completely satisfied with their purchases, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy from the original purchase date on most accessories not including chalked cues. Billiards N’ More reserves the right to modify, alter or void this return policy if there is evidence of inappropriate or misuse of the merchandise.
Accessory items that were purchased via our web site, kiosk or other electronic media may be returned to one of our local stores or shipped back to Billiards N’ More within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Labor, delivery and/or installation services
Consumable goods such as chalk, shuffleboard powder, etc.
Used and Or Chalked Pool Cues
Items that are damaged, abused or appear to be misused
Items that are missing parts or accessories
Items that have been personalized
Special order items
Vintage or antique pinball and arcade machines
Any electronic device that has been altered/upgraded or tampered with in any way will void all warranties and or returns.
RESTOCKING FEES
A 30% restocking fee will applied to any items shipped freight.
PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES AND BUNDLED ITEMS
If you are returning an item that included additional items as a free gift promotion, then you must return all the items received as a free gift, to receive the full credit. If you do not return all of the items included with the free gift, then the cost of those items will be deducted from the amount refunded. The free gift item(s) cannot be returned by themselves for any type of credit or refund.
If you return an item that was part of a larger package or bundle of products and received a discount for purchasing the item together, the amount of refund will be discounted in proportion to the value of the product in relation to the total value of the package as a whole.
REFUND PAYMENT METHODS
Billiards N’ More may issue refunds in the form of in-store credit.
Billiards N’ More reserves the right to refuse a refund without a receipt and to makes changes to this policy without notice.
